Coria Enterprises builds Charon, software for crematory logistics and chain of custody. Cremation operations run on handoffs — removal, transfer, holding, the retort, and the return to the family. Most facilities track those handoffs across paper logs, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and memory. The work almost always gets done right. Proving it was done right is the harder part, whether a family asks a question months later or an inspector asks for records. Charon is a mobile-first system for identity verification and custody tracking across that chain, with support for RFID and BLE tagging, and state authorization and record-retention requirements built into the workflow rather than bolted onto it. The platform is in active development.
